Program Focus:
Peer Recovery and Reentry Support for Justice-Impacted Individuals
Description:
Provides trauma-informed, peer-led recovery support for individuals impacted by the criminal justice system. Services include mentoring, substance use recovery support, reentry planning, and systems navigation. Emphasizes empowerment, harm reduction, and relapse prevention through strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-responsive care. Supports individuals with co-occurring disorders, facilitates access to housing, employment, and treatment resources, and promotes long-term recovery and reintegration.
